Karen Wilcox
Karen E. Wilcox, 78, formally of Sinclairville, passed away surrounded by the love of her family on March 7, 2022.
Karen was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Dora Okerlund.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 61 years, Dennis; her sister, Darla Kianos; her brother, Johnny Okerlund; her 3 children: Dora (Tim), Denise (Michael) and Daniel (Missy); her nine grandchildren; and her two great-grandchildren.
Karen attended Cassadaga Valley Central School, then became an employee working as a cashier in the cafeteria. She was a partner in several family businesses, and employed by Century 21 Real Estate.
She was an active member of the Sinclairville Volunteer Firemen’s Auxiliary, served as the Sinclairville Firemen’s emergency dispatcher, and volunteered for the Boy Scouts of America and 4-H.
At her request, services will be held graveside at a future date.
