SINCLAIRVILLE — The Valley Historical Society, which is the official historical society for the Cassadaga Valley area, will hold the maple sugar meeting on this Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Sinclairville Firehall dining room. Please enter by the front door.
This will be the first meeting of the year. Warm maple syrup will be given to each person and asked to stir the warm syrup until it turns into maple cream. Crackers will be provided for putting on the maple cream. Pickles will be provided to take away the sweetness. All those attending are asked to bring a small bowl and a spoon to stir the syrup. President Larry Barmore will conduct the meeting. Everyone is welcome.
