US Navy plane crashes on Eastern Shore; 1 dead, 2 injured | A U.S. Navy aircraft with three people aboard crashed in waters near the Eastern Shore boundary of Virginia and Maryland on Wednesday evening, killing one, authorities said. Read more here.

Proposed legislation would extend outdoor dining for another year in Annapolis | The COVID-19 emergency declaration for the city of Annapolis ends in mid-April. That is supposed to also bring an end to the use of parking lots for outdoor dining in the city, but a new resolution could continue the practice for another year. Read more here.
