FORT DODGE — Karl L. King Municipal Band Concert is 3:30 p.m. SUNDAY in the Fort Dodge Middle School auditorium, 800 N. 32nd St. There is no admission charge as the concerts are provided by the City of Fort Dodge.
FORT DODGE — The Study Club annual fundraiser, “Home is Where The ART Is,” will begin at 7 p.m. TODAY inside Phillips Auditorium, 1015 Fifth Ave. S. The event will benefit the Fort Dodge Fine Arts Association and its efforts to renovate the historic Phillips Auditorium. There will be live music by the Gabriel Alves Jazz Trio, Neil Anders and the Merritt Brothers, live art demonstrations, silent auction, heavy appetizers and drinks. Tickets are $25 per person. FORT DODGE — Knights of Columbus Lenten Fish Fry is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. TODAY at Corpus Christi Center, 403 N. Eighth St. Dinners include fried fish, baked fish, shrimp or grilled cheese served with baked potato or French fries, cole slaw, bun, ice cream, lemonade, water and coffee. The meal will be served dine in or carryout. Tickets for fish or shrimp are $12, combo meal is $14, grilled cheese is $5 and children age 5 and under are free.
FORT DODGE — The VFW is serving a hot beef dinner from 4:30 p.m. until the food is gone SATURDAY at the VFW, 518 S. 29th St. The hot beef dinner includes real mashed potatoes, a vegetable and dessert. Cost is $8.
