Quayd Berry scored in the second half for Weber (5-1, 2-1 Region 1), assisted by Collin Jones.
Fremont (1-6-1, 0-4) didn’t report stats.
SYRACUSE 2, CLEARFIELD 1
SYRACUSE — Ryken Hamblin and Ryker Smith scored to get Syracuse its third straight win. Corbin Bodily and Jack Cook assisted the Syracuse (5-1, 3-1 Region 1) goals.
Landon Christiansen scored for Clearfield (2-4, 0-3).

WASHINGTON TERRACE — Fremont needed eight innings to top Bonneville ace Emmaline DeGroot.
Gracee Garritson drove in two runs with a double for Fremont (5-0). Keysha McKean and Brinley Ellsworth each had two hits. Audrey Cooper got the win, pitching three innings of one-hit shutout ball over the final three innings.
DeGroot spread 10 hits and allowed three earned runs in her eight innings for Bonneville (10-2), and hit 3 for 4 with a homer, a double and all four of her team’s RBIs at the plate. Peighton Summers hit 2 for 4 and scored twice.
DeGroot, Cooper and Fremont’s Brinley Johnson combined to walk just one batter in the circle.
WEBER 8, BOUNTIFUL 1
PLEASANT VIEW — Weber scored five runs in the second inning to take control of a non-region contest.
Brailee Avner doubled and drove in three runs for Weber (2-2). Rylie Laughter drove in two runs and Hadley Howell hit 2 for 3. Olivia Boswell allowed one run in five innings for the win and Kendall Strasburg threw two shutout innings in relief.
Frankie Galeana hit 2 for 4 and drove in a run for Bountiful (4-3), which managed four singles in the contest.
DAVIS 6, ROY 2
KAYSVILLE — Davis broke free from an early Roy lead to claim a non-region win.
Abby Olsen, Alix Thaxton and Larkyn Robinson each tallied two hits for Davis (6-4), with Olsen and Sadie Hathaway hitting doubles and Avery Kartchner a triple. Ellie Black picked up the win, giving up two runs and five hits in six innings.
Alissa Green doubled and Kylee Weitzel hit a two-run homer for Roy (1-9). Carsyn Byard gave up four earned runs in six innings in the circle.
BOX ELDER 18, CORNER CANYON 4
DRAPER — Malena Benson, Kamryn Peterson, Ashley Hammers and Megan Rountree each doubled as Box Elder run-ruled Corner Canyon in five innings.
Rountree, Tegan Mecham and Stevie Checketts each drove in two runs for Box Elder (6-4), with Checketts hitting 2 for 2 and drawing three walks. Maygen-Raye Kaleikini drew four walks and scored twice. Hammers struck out six and allowed one baserunner in 2 1/3 innings in the circle.
VIEWMONT 17, SKYLINE 0
SALT LAKE CITY — Anna Moore hit 3 for 4 with two doubles and five RBIs as Viewmont won in four innings.
Molly Roberts hit two triples, Grace Nielson pitched three shutout innings and Kennedy Embrey hit 2 for 2 with three RBIs, two walks and four runs scored for Viewmont (8-2).
BASEBALL
OGDEN 6, MORGAN 1
MORGAN — Ogden rapped eight singles and Daemian Keesler peppered Morgan for 14 strikeouts in a region win for the Tigers.
Keesler allowed four hits and allowed one run in a complete-game win for Ogden (4-6, 2-1 Region 13). Sean Garceau, Will Minkevitch and Alex Howard each totaled two hits.
Broox McGiven hit an RBI double for Morgan (3-4, 1-2) and gave up three runs, striking out three in four innings on the mound.
FREMONT 18, FARMINGTON 7
FARMINGTON — Fremont completed a series sweep over Farmington with a six-inning win. Fremont scored six runs in the sixth inning after putting up four in both the third and fifth innings.
Calvin Morrow batted 5 for 5 with five RBIs, hitting four doubles and a home run for Fremont (7-1, 3-0 Region 1). Bridger Clontz hit 4 for 5 with three RBIs and two doubles. Jaxon Larkin homered and drove in four runs.
Jack Hansen drove in three runs for Farmington (3-5, 0-3 Region 1) and Mason Cook hit a double.
NORTHRIDGE 14, WEBER 13 (8)
PLEASANT VIEW — Northridge outlasted Weber in an eight-inning contest that featured 30 hits, nine errors and six lead changes.
Kobe McRoberts batted 4 for 5 with two doubles and five RBIs for Northridge (3-2). Jed Hadley tripled and hit two doubles, and Jace Olsen also hit two doubles. Ethan McRoberts and Jordan Rhoades each drove in two runs. Rhoades was the pitcher of record, allowing four earned runs and striking out four in four innings. Ethan McRoberts held Weber off the board in the bottom of the eighth.
Ian Carver and Ethan Holgate each drove in three runs for Weber (4-1). Bode Larson doubled twice. Luke Erickson hit 2 for 4 and scored three runs, taking the loss on the mound with the run in the eighth despite giving up just two earned runs in 2 2/3 innings of the high-scoring affair.
DAVIS 4, LAYTON 0
LAYTON — Andrew Filimoehala threw a complete-game shutout as Davis topped rival Layton.
Filimoehala gave up five hits, struck out three, walked one and hit two batters in the win for Davis (4-5, 2-1 Region 1). Easton Baggett drove in two runs. Jenson Jacobs and Wally Grant each drove in a run, Trey Talbot doubled and Brock Wright walked twice and scored a run.
Dax Maroney hit 2 for 4 with a double for Layton (4-5, 1-2).
CLEARFIELD 15, SYRACUSE 3
SYRACUSE — Cambell Hardy pitched six strong innings and struck out nine to lead Clearfield to a series win.
Jackson Yamashita, Shaydn Stoker, Cayden Wilson and Dawson Burton each had two hits for Clearfield (5-2, 2-1 Region 1). Cayden Sato and Peyton Kotter drove in two runs.
Dawson Raymond and Carson Miles doubled for Syracuse (1-8, 1-2).
BOX ELDER 9, CEDAR 7
BRIGHAM CITY — Box Elder scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to take the lead in a back-and-forth affair.
Kade Hall hit 3 for 3 for Box Elder (5-5), KJ Argyle hit 2 for 4 with two RBIs and Ryan Griffin stole two bases.
BEAR RIVER 14, JUAN DIEGO 0
DRAPER — Degan Rigby threw five scoreless innings in a run-rule win over Juan Diego.
Garrison Marble hit 3 for 4 with a double and drove in four runs for Bear River (7-2). Jhett Roche drove in three runs and Easton Potter had two RBIs.
NORTHRIDGE 12, LOGAN 2
LAYTON — On Thursday, Northridge scored in every inning in a run-rule win over Logan.
Jory Durrant batted 3 for 3 with a double and two RBIs for Northridge (3-2). Kobe McRoberts hit 3 for 4 and drove in four. Jace Olsen hit a triple and a double.
Jed Hadley hit two doubles and drove in one. Tyler Asbury went 2 for 4 with a double and Jordan Rhodes batted 2 for 3 with two RBIs. Hadley pitched a complete game and struck out 10.
