Rachel Courtier, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Meacham was stopped Thursday for a traffic violation on McDaniel Avenue in Jamestown and was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests. Meacham was also found with a smoking pipe and a digital scale, both containing drug residue, while Courtier was allegedly found with a pipe containing methamphetamine residue. Both were scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court later. <br \/>\u00af Holly Hoitnik, 46, of Jamestown, was charged with four counts of third-degree falsely reporting an incident. Investigators received an intake report from Child Protective Services of a man who was allegedly abusing and neglecting a young child. An investigation revealed that the man has no children in his care and that the false reports were made by Hoitnik. She is scheduled to appear in Poland Town Court later.<br \/>\u00af EAST RANDOLPH &#8212; Michael Havers, 54, of Ischua, was charged with third-degree burglary. Troopers responded Friday to the East Randolph Fire Department for a report of a burglary. An investigation revealed that entry was made into the building and that two Motorola radios and an antique fire extinguisher were taken. Havers is scheduled to appear in Randolph Town Court later. <br \/>\u00af Tiffany Brown, 32, of Falconer, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Brown was stopped Friday on Fifth Street in Jamestown for a traffic violation and was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests. Brown is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court later. <br \/>\u00af Phillis Jackson, 60, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substances by ultimate users original container. Troopers stopped a vehicle Friday on East Second Street in Jamestown for a traffic violation. Jackson was allegedly found with a Clonazapam pill for which she did not have a prescription. Jackson is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court later. <br \/>\u00af Tyisha Kaiser, 25, of Fredonia, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Troopers received a report Saturday of a person attempting to cash a check at a bank in Jamestown that was stolen from a residence in Farmersville in 2021. After Kaiser was denied cash, she left the bank leaving the check and driver&#8217;s license with the teller. Kaiser is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court later.<br \/>WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT<br \/>\u00af David L. McLaughlin III, 28, of Westfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree grand larceny. Officers were alerted Thursday to a possible domestic dispute on Washington Street. An investigation found that McLaughlin allegedly took the phone of another person before fleeing with it. When McLaughlin returned the phone was reportedly destroyed. McLaughlin is scheduled to appear in court later.  <br \/>CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF&#8217;S OFFICE<br \/>\u00af GERRY &#8212; Oscar A. Rodriguezvazquez, 25, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies responded at 9:57 p.m. on Sunday to a crash on Gerry Ellington Road in the town of Gerry. An investigation found that Rodriguezvazquez was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated and on a revoked license. Rodriguezvazquez is scheduled to appear in court later. <br \/>\u00af PORTLAND &#8212; Joshua J. Dash, 42, of Brocton, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Deputies and state troopers responded Monday to Ellicott Road in Portland for a reported disturbance at a residence. Dash was found to have allegedly damaged property and struck a juvenile in the face.
