However, if you use furnace or stove oil for heat, be prepared for a 12 cent hit. <br \/>The Public Utilities Board sets the prices at midnight tonight. <br \/>In either event, the federal government is set to impose a hit of 2 1\/2 cents on gas as part of carbon reduction plans.
