Dady Jr., assistant superintendent, is stepping down from his position June 17.<br \/>Dady has worked as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in the district.<br \/>A native of Michigan, he joined the district in 1997.<br \/>In other matters, the board heard presentations for the athletic and buildings and grounds budgets.<br \/>Serena Henry, athletic director, reported that the athletic budget could show an increase of about $40,000 next year.<br \/>Various equipment and items are in need of replacement including basketball backboards, a pair of soccer goals, and uniforms.<br \/>Mark Wall, director of buildings and grounds, told the board he&#8217;s looking at an overall decrease of almost $70,000 in next year&#8217;s buildings and ground budget.<br \/>In personnel matters, the board accepted the following resignations:<br \/>\u2022 Amy Pecchia, high school guidance secretary.<br \/>\u2022 Jonathan Palumbo, high school teacher and head swimming coach.<br \/>\u2022 Scott Munro, head boys basketball coach.<br \/>\u2022 Jessica Smith, custodian.<br \/>The board approved David Herman as head wrestling coach and Darrin Bischof as head girls basketball coach for 2022-2023.<br \/>Hailey Stetts was approved as a volunteer softball coach.<br \/>The board approved the purchase of 45 football helmets from Riddell All American Sports Corp. at $15,390.<br \/>A three-year contract with Muncy Bank &#038; Trust as the district&#8217;s depository was extended by the board.<br \/>The board approved the following Act 93 salaries for the 2022-2023 school year:<br \/>\u2022 High school principal, $111,958.<br \/>\u2022 Middle school principal, $111,682.<br \/>\u2022Elementary school principal, $111,408.<br \/>\u2022 Assistant principal, $102,641.<br \/>\u2022Director of pupil services, $105,560.<br \/>\u2022 Assistant business manager\/director of accounting, $53,040.<br \/>\u2022 Assistant accountant and human resources, $49,177.<br \/>\u2022 Director of technology, $94,860.<br \/>\u2022 Network computer technician specialist, $58,140.<br \/>\u2022 Student data coordinator, $44,370.<br \/>\u2022 Athletic director, $64,252.<br \/>\u2022 Athletic trainer, $64,147.<br \/>\u2022 Director of building and grounds, $74,520.<br \/>\u2022Digital print\/media specialist, $42,109.   <br \/>The board held executive sessions prior to and following the meeting for unspecified reasons.<br \/>Today&#8217;s breaking news and more in your inbox<br \/>WASHINGTON \u2014 President Joe Biden announced a budget blueprint Monday that calls for higher taxes on the wealthy, &#8230;<br \/>Today&#8217;s breaking news and more in your inbox<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 Williamsport Sun-Gazette | https:\/\/www.sungazette.com | 252 W.
