Korey Foreman will soon be a full go at USC spring practice – Trojans Wire

Korey Foreman has been wearing a heavy knee brace in recent days, engaging in relatively light work at USC spring practice.
Everyone knows the highly-rated recruit was needed to boost the Trojans’ mediocre pass rush. Last season, Foreman was saddled with an interim coaching staff and a mediocre defensive coordinator (Todd Orlando) who could not unlock his potential. Playing on a diminished defensive unit with few high-impact players also contributed to Foreman’s lack of high-end success and maximum-impact plays as a Trojan freshman.
This year, new defensive coordinator Alex Grinch will try to change Foreman’s outlook and raise his ceiling under head coach Lincoln Riley, but in order for that to happen, Foreman will need to be able to go full-speed at practice and make progress in improving his health and stamina.
Guess what? Good news has arrived on those fronts.
Lincoln Riley says he's happy with the attitude from USC DE Korey Foreman and expects the former top recruit to be a full go at practice next week after being limited by injury the first two weeks

Foreman won’t have a full spring at 100 percent, but being able to get in several days at full speed is significant and welcome. This will give Foreman a taste of the speed and energy at which he will need to perform in the fall. This will be a good on-ramp toward summer training camp in August.
Every little bit of good news helps.
